AK Satta Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and AK Satta ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the AK Satta website, downloading the app, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. We strongly recommend that you read this document fully before creating an account. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through AK Satta, including slots, fish games, sports betting, cricket markets, PSL betting and any future products that may be introduced.

AK Satta is an online entertainment platform providing gaming and sports betting services. The platform operates in PKR and is designed for players based in Pakistan. All gameplay is for adults only — this means you must be 18 years of age or older to use any part of the platform, including free-play modes where available.

2. Eligibility

To register and use AK Satta, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account on AK Satta. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that player may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password and any verification codes. Do not share your login details with anyone. AK Satta will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your phone number, email address or payment method details change, update them in your account settings promptly. Outdated information can delay withdrawals and cause verification issues.

AK Satta reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at our discretion if we believe that account is being used in violation of these Terms, or if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited behaviour. Where possible, we will notify you of such action, but we are not obligated to provide specific reasons in cases where doing so might compromise a security investigation.

4. Deposits

All deposits to AK Satta are processed in PKR. We currently support the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit. You should only deposit funds that you can afford to use for entertainment purposes — do not deposit money that is required for essential expenses.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant or near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. If your deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may trigger an account review.
• AK Satta does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once confirmed — if you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support immediately.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on AK Satta are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. We support withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals to cards may be subject to additional processing requirements.

Before your first withdrawal — and periodically thereafter — you may be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves confirming your CNIC number, date of birth and confirming ownership of the payment method you are withdrawing to. This verification process exists to protect players and to ensure the security of all transactions.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a short period once verification is complete. Bank transfers may take additional time. During periods of high volume — such as during major PSL matches or significant sporting events — processing may take slightly longer than usual.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonuses may not be withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• AK Satta reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or in cases where unusual account activity is detected.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method — these are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts and payment methods held in the player's own name.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

AK Satta offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to cricket fixtures, PSL rounds or other sporting events.

Every bonus comes with specific terms, including a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any related winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated when the offer is presented. It is your responsibility to read and understand the bonus terms before accepting any offer.

• Bonuses can only be used by the player to whom they were offered and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• AK Satta reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses that a player has already accepted and is actively using.
• If we determine that a player has been abusing bonus offers — for example by creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or by placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — we may cancel those bonuses and any winnings generated from them.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL matches or T20 internationals will specify which markets or games qualify for the offer. Not all bets or games will contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are stated in the individual offer terms.

7. Gameplay and Betting

AK Satta offers a range of gaming and betting products including slots, fish games and sports betting markets covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports. All games operate on certified random number generation technology. The odds and return-to-player percentages for each game or market are determined in advance and do not change based on individual player history or account status.

For sports betting, including cricket and PSL markets, odds are updated in real time and may change between the time you place a bet and the time it is confirmed. In cases where odds change during the placement process, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. Live in-play betting is subject to its own rules — bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds shown at the time of confirmation, not at the time the bet slip was opened.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation except in the limited circumstances described in the specific sport or game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault that affects gameplay outcomes, AK Satta reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting market.
• AK Satta does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market. Games or markets may be removed or suspended at any time for maintenance, technical reasons or at the request of the game provider.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AK Satta. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods or impersonating another person.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements, or employing any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent.
• Automated betting tools — using bots, scripts, AI-assisted automation or any non-human means to place bets, interact with games or perform account actions at a speed or volume not possible through normal human interaction.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the source of those funds.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate deposits with your bank or wallet provider while retaining any associated gameplay credits or winnings.
• Hacking and exploitation — attempting to access systems, data or accounts you are not authorised to access, or exploiting any software bug or vulnerability for financial gain.

9. Responsible Gaming

Our total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

AK Satta reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practical, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to discuss closing your account and withdrawing your balance.
